Dance for the sun byb Kira Willey

Well, as many people had seen, i saw a commercial of dell. As many of dell commercials the songs are addicting. (Kudos to dell) That is what i call great advertising. Back to the subject. The song Color by Kira wiley. The album came out on 2006 but made its great hit today, 2008.

The song goes "I am green today i chirp with joy like a crickets song, i am orange today loud and messy like fingerpaint on the wall." Well as my discovery the cd was orignially for yoga. Kira as said on her website, she origanally would make these songs for her daughter to make her go to sleep. She was an ordinary mother. The point is, it has attracted many tv views. Lately on yahoo answers many questions have been posted about the dell commercial. They wanted to know who Kira willey is. I really admire the women. Well she is singing about colors, caterpillars, and harmless stuff.

Theese meaningless songs are those that you hear and you DONT want to like, but theyre just implanted in your mind. Your brains keeps replaying them in your mind then you finally like them. They might seem really stupid to us when we first hear them but soon is like they do have a meaning, by colors she talking about her feelings.

Lets use the Colors song for an example. Colors can be good for kids for many reason.

- They'll learn theyre colors

- Will be listening to a harmless song without violence, drugs, or sex in the lyrics

- Excercise by dancing to the song

- Learn how to express their feelings

- Learn how to let their mind free to explore things.

I am a 13 year old explaining to you about a CD that a normal teen would talk about unless their making fun of it. Even if your not a yoga lover or doer, it doesnt matter. Theese songs make me relax, ive been listening to preveiws and dowloaded colors to my computer. I use the songs to realx and their peaceful enough to let my mind concetrate on my book. SOmetime they just make me wanna dance, or just sing along. Definitly it has made me research on yoga.

It has opened my fresh mind to new doors, making worry less about going to highschool this year or worrying about the dumbest things teens would worry about. I also enjoy some songs you would not call "Nice". It has kept me away from that for days now.

As you can see dell has accomplished alot for themselves and for kira and kids around the nation. They might only care about theyre profit but they had opened doors to me that i havent seen.

And i will asure you when i get the oppurtunity i will defintily go and purchase Dance for the Su. I love her songs, her personality, her everything. Her simple little songs make me feel better. Ill be the first one in line to purchase her cd this week.
